Initially founded in 2012 as a logistics provider, Arjuna has now expanded its Bali based operations to include fast boat services from Amed to Gili Trawangan, Gili Air, Gili Meno and Bangsal (Lombok). In addition, it also provides fast boat services from Sanur to Nusa Penida and Nusa Penida to the Gili Islands.
The brand new Arjuna sport model vessels, launched in October 2022, are made from fibreglass and boast powerful outboard engines that guarantee high speed and accuracy of sailing time.
Each vessel is equiped to international safety standards, and their certified captain and professional crew will ensure your journey is reliable, enjoyable, and comfortable.

Hotel Transfers
Arjuna Fast Cruise provides FREE hotel pick up and drop off in the general Amed area with spacious vehicles which are fully air conditioned, carry tourism licenses and are all in excellent condition.
A small service fee is charged if you are staying further afield, and will be displayed during the booking process.

In the Gili Islands, there is no motorised transport, but the islands are small. Travel is by horse and cart (cidomo), which you can arrange upon arrival if your hotel is a long walk away, or contact your hotel beforehand to have it standing by when you arrive.
In Lombok, we strongly advise that you ask your hotel to arrange a pick-up from the harbour at Teluk Kode – they all know where to go. The local community does not allow taxis, Uber, Grab etc to wait at our harbour area, and you will not get the best prices from transport providers on standby. However, you can take local taxis from within Lombok (eg from Senggigi) TO the port area. Taxis can drop you off at the harbour, but cannot pick you up: local protectionism!

Arjuna Fast Cruise shall not be liable in any way for the cost of any accommodation, connecting flights, or any alternative means of travel that may arise through cancellations or delays.
Additional expenses so arising shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the passenger.

Re-scheduling is based on seat availability and must be made 2 days prior to guest departure during the regular season and 4 days prior to guest departure during the high season (June, July, August, December, and January).
- This contract is subject to the laws of Indonesia, and may only be varied by agreement in writing between the company and the passenger.
- Arjuna Fast Cruise reserves the right to refuse to carry any passenger or goods without assigning a reason.
- Verbal promises by booking agents or clerks will not be recognized by the company.
- Sea conditions can be unpredictable; therefore all children and infants must be accompanied on board the vessel. Arjuna Fast Cruise will not accept responsibility should there be an injury on board the boat.
- Arjuna Fast Cruise is not recommended for passengers who are; pregnant, suffering from heart conditions, and suffering from serious back complaints or serious physical impairments
- Pets are not allowed onboard the ship.
LUGGAGE ALLOWANCE
- Each passenger is entitled to a maximum of 2 pieces of luggage, not exceeding a total weight of 25kg.
- Arjuna Fast Cruise reserves the right to inspect the contents of any luggage and can refuse the carriage of any items that are likely to endanger the vessel or other travelers.
- The company accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to luggage during transit.

- In the event of a ticket or booking being canceled by the passenger, Arjuna Fast Cruise reserves the right to charge cancellation fees as follows:

Cancellation less than 1 week but more than 48 hours from the date of travel: 50% REFUND. Cancellation less than 48 hours of travel: NO REFUND.
No show or late arrival: NO REFUND.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by us in writing.
- Without any charge: 7 days before the departure date.
- Between 3 days and 6 days will be charged 50% of the total ticket value.
- Between 2 days and 0 days will be charged 100% of the total ticket value.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the total ticket value.
- In the event of a trip cancellation from the company, the company shall refund any funds paid by the passenger direct to the company, or any funds already paid by an agent to the company on the passenger’s behalf. The passenger is responsible for collecting any funds paid to agents which have not yet been paid to the company.
ROAD TRANSPORTATION IN BALI.
Road transportation is provided free of charge from and to one specific address in designated areas of Bali. The address must be specified at the time of booking and can only be changed at least 24 hours before departure.
VOUCHERS.
- The voucher is valid for the above-mentioned date only.
- Arjuna Fast Cruise is entitled to ask for additional charges for products and or services that are excluded from products and or services that have been mentioned on the voucher.
- Vouchers can not be exchanged with other products and or services without approval from Arjuna Fast Cruise.
- The voucher can not be canceled or refunded.
