In the event of a trip cancellation by the company: The company shall refund any amounts paid by the passenger direct to the company, or any funds already paid by an agent to the company on the passenger’s behalf. The passenger is responsible for collecting any funds paid to agents which have not yet been paid to the company.
Cancellations and Changes by the Passenger: In the event of a ticket or booking being canceled by the passenger, the company reserves the right to charge cancellation fees as follows:
- Cancellation more than 7 days before the date of travel: full refund.
- Cancellation less than 7 days but more than 2 days from the date of travel: 50% refund.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the date of travel: no refund.
Passengers may make one complimentary change to their date of travel provided that the company has available seats and provided that the passenger gives 48 hours' notice. Changes within 48 hours of departure date, will incur Rp 100,000 fee. Additional changes will be subject to a Rp 100,000 charge.
